Working process

Find out more about the production of custom masks!

Fill in the form in this page sendig us pictures or a drawing of the character you want to create, choosing the type of mask and all details you wish. Remind to send us your full data – we will send you a detailed proposal and all details to confirm your order and start the project!
The best way to create a custom mask with a perfect fitting is to take a head life cast of who will wear it. If this is not possible we will require you to send us detailed head measurements.
In this step our experienced sculptors and artists replicate your character in every detail. We will send you some pictures to see the sculpture before proceed with the other steps.
The art and technique come together: we create the mold, the matrix from which we will produce your mask! A critical step that needs all the experience of our technicians.
Each realistic and fantasty effect of pigmentation, spots, veins and transparency of the skin are made during this phase. The Crea Fx provides realistic effects and long-lasting materials.
In this step is applied any type of hair or fluff, synthetic or natural. For very realistic silicone masks we can complete the character with high quality lace front wigs or with punched hair directly in the silicone.
Once your mask is completed we will send you detailed pictures of your product and all the informations about the delivery. You’ll receive your mask within few days directly at your home and in few seconds and with simple but delicate movements you’ll can turn into whatever you want!
